ArtCursors 5.21 for Windows

ArtCursors give us the opportunity of creating static or animated cursors for windows. In addition, you can also modify any cursor you already have in your PC.

ArtCursors is housed in an easy to use interface which offers us all the tools at a glance, so you don’t have to be a long tie searching the tool you want to use.

Furthermore, if you want some advanced tools, if you navigate a bit, you will find more features, like greyscale, shadows, reflections,...

You can import any image or cursor formatted as .cur, .ani, .ico, .wmf, .emf, .bmp, .wbmp, .jpg, .gif, .xbm, .xpm and .png and export it as .cur, .ico, .bmp, .jpg, .gif, .png, .xbm, .xpm, .wbmp and .rc.

If the cursors are into an executable file, ArtCursors will find them and will let you edit them.
